Before contacting us

• Confirm the Source is active and its private URL has not been rotated.
• Check iPhone notification permissions. Alerts should still appear inside the app when pushes are disabled.
• Review the Source’s redaction and attention settings.
• Check that your sender posts valid JSON with the documented content type and size limits.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
